Only members with a valid JOMhotel account may participate.

Promo Code Usage

• The promo code is valid for one-time use only per registered member.
• The promo code can only be redeemed after the member has successfully completed at least one booking through JOMhotel.
• The promo code is not stackable with any other promo codes, discounts, or offers.

Validity Period

• The promo code must be used within 30 days from the date of the member’s previous booking.
• Unused promo codes after the 30-day period will be automatically forfeited.

General Conditions

• Promo codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated.
• JOMhotel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to reject any usage that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments & Rights

• JOMhotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of disputes, JOMhotel’s decision shall be final and binding.
